God the Creator of all things......... |
All Good things have come from God. He made the sun to give us light in the day, and the moon and stars so that we can have light at night, what an awesome God we serve. God created the earth for abundant and prosperous living.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was empty, a formless mass cloaked in darkness. God's spirit was hovering over it's surface (Genesis 1:1-2).
The creation of the heaven's and the earth is created for mankind to reign and enjoy the good life God has created. The Garden of Eden was such a beautiful and prosperous place for Adam and Eve, after God's completion he rested from all of his work. God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, because it was the day when he rested from his work of creation.
It's not good to worship any other god they did not make the heaven's and the earth, which will soon vanish from the earth.
Jeremiah 10:12 states, God made the earth by his almighty power, and preserved it by his unlimited wisdom. God stretched forth out the heavens by his merciful understanding.
Isaiah 40:25 states, in the heavens. God created all the stars, bringing them out one after another, and calling each by it's name, this is so powerful of God almighty.
Romans 11:33. On what a wonderful God we serve! How great are his riches, wisdom, and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his methods!
Colossians 1:15-17. Christ is the visible image of the invisible God He existed before God made anything at all and is supreme over all creation. Christ is the one through whom God created everything in heaven and earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see. Kings, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities. Everything has been created through him and for him. God existed before everything else began, and God holds all creation together.
God's purpose took effect as he was hovering over it's surface, which he created the light and separated the light from darkness that is called day and night which became the first day of creation.
The second day is the creation of space between the waters to separate the water from water, from above to below. Above God called space which is the sky as we look above our heads, and beneath the sky is dry ground, such as God divided the dry ground and the water, as he called water the seas. What a mighty God we serve. |
